Source: The recombinant Human TNFSF15 Protein, (amino acids Leu72-Leu251) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human TNFSF15 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.57 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-35 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human TNFSF15 protein with the N-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-TNFSF15 Antibody protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 12.00 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human TNFSF15 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
