BP003388: Mouse PD-L2/B7-DC Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant mouse PD-L2/B7-DC protein, the PD-L2 ECD (amino acids Leu20-Trp221) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant mouse PD-L2/B7-DC protein with the C-His tag has a predicted MW of 23.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The EC50 of the biotinylated recombinant human PD-1 protein with the hFc tag to the immobilized mouse PD-L2/B7-DC protein with the His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) was 0.32 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant mouse PD-L2/B7-DC protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant mouse PD-L2/B7-DC protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
