BP005400: Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein, (amino acids Gln22-Asn254) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 27.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human NKp46 protein with the N-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-Nkp46 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
