BP004061: Biotinylated Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein with the N-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein, (amino acids Gln22-Asn254) fused with a His tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 protein with the His tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 27.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-Nkp46 Antibody protein with the N-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human NKp46 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 3.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Biotinylated Human NKp46/NCR1/CD335 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
