BP004351: Human IL-15RA&IL-15 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-15RA&IL-15 Protein, (amino acids Ile31-Ser108(IL-15RA) & Asn49-Ser162(IL-15)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-15RA&IL-15 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 23.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 26-28 kDa&30-32 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-15RA&IL-15 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-2 R beta&IL-2 R gamma protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 38.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.084 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-15RA&IL-15 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human IL-15RA&IL-15 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
