BP005698: Biotinylated Human IL-15RA/IL-15 R alpha/CD215 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-15RA/IL-15 R alpha/CD215 Protein, (amino acids Ile31-Thr205) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-15RA/IL-15 R alpha/CD215 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-15 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-15RA protein with the C-His Tag with the EC50 of 55.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-15RA/IL-15 R alpha/CD215 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
