Description

BP005302: Human B7-1/CD80 Protein with the C-hFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 Protein, (amino acids Val35-Asn242) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 50.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CTLA-4 protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human B7-1 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 21.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 43.61 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

BP005434: Human B7-1/CD80 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag

Source: The recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 Protein, (amino acids Val35-Asn242) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human B7-1/CD80 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 26.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CTLA-4protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human B7-1 protein with the C-His Tag with the EC50 of 1.48 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.1 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
