BP005131: Human B7-H3 (4Ig) /B7-H3b Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig) /B7-H3b Protein, (amino acids Gly27-Thr461) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig) /B7-H3b protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 73.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig) protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-B7-H3 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 52.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human B7-H3 (4Ig) /B7-H3b Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
