Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&WT-1 (RMFPNAPYL) Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 19.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.33 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
