Source: The recombinant Biotinylated Human Integrin alpha V beta 5 (ITGAV&ITGB5) Heterodimer Protein, (amino acids Phe31-Val992(ITGAV)acidic tail & Gly24-Asn719(ITGB5)basic tail) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human ITGAV&ITGB5 protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on streptavidin (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-alpha V Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.6 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
