Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-10, No tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-10 R alpha, His tag with the EC50 of 48.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.255 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-10 protein with the His-Avi tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 23-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
