Source: The recombinant Human FcRn Protein, (amino acids Ala24-Ser297(FCGRT) & Ile21-Met119(B2M)) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FcRn protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-FcRn Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 5.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.28 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
