Source: The recombinant Human EphA7 Protein, (amino acids Gln28-Val555) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human EphA7 protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Ephrin-A4 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.113 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
