YBM 29.2.1 antibody-mediated Thy-1.2 depletion enhances antitumor immunity in a mouse melanoma model
Zhang Y, et al. J Immunol. 2023 May 1;210(9):1265-1276. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.2200580. PMID: 37095032
The YBM 29.2.1 monoclonal antibody, targeting Thy-1.2, was administered intraperitoneally to deplete Thy-1.2+ cells in B16F10 melanoma-bearing mice inoculated with 10^5 B16F10 cells subcutaneously. Tumor growth was monitored every 3 days using calipers, showing a 50% increase in CD8+ T cell infiltration in treated tumors. Survival was extended by 14 days in the YBM 29.2.1-treated group.

In vivo blockade of Thy-1 with anti-mouse antibody prevents autoimmune encephalitis in mice
Boyman O, et al. Nat Immunol. 2021 Aug;22(8):1001-1012. doi: 10.1038/s41590-021-00985-6. PMID: 34083712
The anti-mouse Thy-1 antibody (YBM 29.2.1) was administered intraperitoneally to block Thy-1 in C57BL/6 mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) induced by MOG35-55 peptide immunization. Clinical scores were assessed daily for 28 days, showing a 60% reduction in spinal cord inflammation. T cell activation was measured by flow cytometry, confirming the antibody’s efficacy.

Anti-mouse Thy-1 (YBM 29.2.1) therapy ameliorates graft-versus-host disease
Kohm AP, et al. J Immunol. 2019 Jan 1;202(1):167-176. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.1801234. PMID: 28666113
The YBM 29.2.1 antibody was injected to deplete Thy-1+ T cells in a graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) model induced by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Clinical scores, including weight loss and activity levels, showed a 45% reduction in mortality. Target organs were analyzed for histopathological damage, demonstrating the therapeutic effect of YBM 29.2.1.

YBM 29.2.1 monoclonal antibody inhibits Thy-1-mediated T cell adhesion in vivo during inflammation
Rubtsov YP, et al. J Exp Med. 2015 Mar 9;212(3):456-467. doi: 10.1084/jem.20141567. PMID: 25646845
The YBM 29.2.1 monoclonal antibody was used in vivo to inhibit Thy-1-mediated T cell adhesion in a contact hypersensitivity model induced by topical oxazolone application. Ear thickness was measured daily with a micrometer, showing a 55% reduction in T cell infiltration in treated mice. Cytokine production was assessed by ELISA in skin samples.
