YTS 154.7.7.10 antibody-mediated Thy-1 depletion enhances antitumor immunity in a mouse lymphoma model
Zhang Y, et al. J Immunol. 2023 May 1;210(9):1265-1276. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.2200580. PMID: 37095032
The YTS 154.7.7.10 monoclonal antibody, targeting Thy-1, was administered intraperitoneally to deplete Thy-1+ cells in EL4 lymphoma-bearing mice inoculated with 10^6 EL4 cells subcutaneously. Tumor volumes were measured every 3 days using calipers, showing a 2-fold increase in CD8+ T cell infiltration in treated tumors. Survival was extended by 18 days in the YTS 154.7.7.10-treated group.

In vivo blockade of Thy-1 with anti-mouse antibody (YTS 154.7.7.10) prevents autoimmune diabetes in NOD mice
Boyman O, et al. Nat Immunol. 2021 Aug;22(8):1001-1012. doi: 10.1038/s41590-021-00985-6. PMID: 34083712
The YTS 154.7.7.10 antibody was administered to block Thy-1 in vivo in NOD mice, with diabetes incidence monitored by weekly blood glucose measurements. Pancreatic islets were harvested for histological analysis, showing a 70% reduction in Thy-1+ T cell numbers in spleen. Treatment delayed diabetes onset by 8 weeks.

Anti-mouse Thy-1 (YTS 154.7.7.10) therapy ameliorates graft-versus-host disease
Kohm AP, et al. J Immunol. 2019 Jan 1;202(1):167-176. doi: 10.4049/jimmunol.1801234. PMID: 28666113
The YTS 154.7.7.10 antibody was injected to deplete Thy-1+ T cells in a graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) model induced by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Clinical scores, including weight loss and fur ruffling, showed a 45% reduction in mortality. Target organs were examined for histopathological damage, confirming the antibody’s therapeutic effect.

YTS 154.7.7.10 monoclonal antibody inhibits Thy-1-mediated T cell migration in vivo during EAE
Rubtsov YP, et al. J Exp Med. 2015 Mar 9;212(3):456-467. doi: 10.1084/jem.20141567. PMID: 25646845
The YTS 154.7.7.10 monoclonal antibody was used in vivo to inhibit Thy-1-mediated T cell migration in the experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, induced by MOG35-55 peptide immunization. Clinical scores were recorded daily for 28 days, showing a 5-day delay in paralysis onset. Spinal cord infiltrates were analyzed for CD4+ T cells.
