Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human ADAM8 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-ADAM8 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 8.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
