Source: The recombinant human PD-L2/B7-DC protein, the PD-L2 ECD (amino acids Leu20-Thr220) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Activity: The recombinant human PD-1 protein with the C-hFc Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Protein A can bind to the recombinant human PD-L2 protein with the C-His tag with an affinity constant of 0.3 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
