Introduction
RAB6A is a member of the small GTPase superfamily. RAB6A may be involved in protein transport. RAB6A is a regulator of membrane traffic from the Golgi apparatus towards the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and has a low GTPase activity.

Recombinant Human RAB6A protein fused with a 24 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 232 amino acids (1-208 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.1 kDa. The RAB6A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The RAB6A solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 1 mM DTT and 0.1 M NaCl.
