Description

Introduction
Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid cells(TREM) is a transmenmbrane protein having a single Ig-like domain. TREM associates with the adapter protein,DAP12, to deliver an activating signal.TREM-1 is expressed on blood neutrophils and monocytes, and the expression is up-regulated by bacterial LPS. TREM-1 is expressed at high levels on neutrophils of patients with microbial sepsis and in mice with a TREM-1/Fc fusion protein protected mice against LPS-induced shock.Human TREM-1 share 42% aa sequence homology.

BP001084-PRO-457: Recombinant Human Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (TREM1) Protein

Source: E. coli-derived.
Recombinant Human Triggering receptor expressed on monocytes 1 (TREM1) Protein is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids fragment (21-200) corresponding to mature soluble extracellular domain fragment of TREM-1, having a total molecular mass of 24.76 kDa and fused with a 4.5 kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The TREM1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
