Introduction
SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that contains the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD3 is essential for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing happens in this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein were branded.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D3, Sf9 (SNRPD3) protein is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: SNRPD3 is supplied in 20 mM HEPES buffer pH 7.6, 250 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
