Introduction
SNRPD3 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) that contains the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD3 is essential for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis. Alternative splicing happens in this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein were branded.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D3 (SNRPD3) protein is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 146 amino acids (1-126) and having a molecular mass of 16.0 kDa. Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D3 (SNRPD3) protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The SNRPD3 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.5 M NaCl, 2 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF and 40% glycerol.
