Introduction
SNRPD2 is a member of the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. SNRPD2 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) which comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD2 is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D2, Sf9 (SNRPD2) protein is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: SNRPD2 is supplied in 20 mM HEPES buffer pH 7.6, 250 mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
