Introduction
SNRPD2 is a member of the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. SNRPD2 is a small nuclear ribonucleoprotein (snRNPs) which comprises the spliceosome in eukaryotes. SNRPD2 is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis.

Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D2 (SNRPD2) protein fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 138 amino acids (1-118 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15.6 kDa. Recombinant Human Small Nuclear Ribonucleoprotein Polypeptide D2 (SNRPD2) protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purity: > 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The SNRPD2 solution (0.13 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.1 M NaCl and 1 mM DTT.
