Description
Crosstide (PRAATF) is a substrate of PKB (AKT) and SGK kinase family. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrosstide is developed with phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAApTF) and absorbed with non -phosphorylated Crosstide (PRAATF). The antibody has been utilized for non-radioactive PKB and SGK kinase assay.

Specificity/Sensitivity: Recognize only the phophophorylated Crsstide, the product of SGK, PKB in a non-radioactive kinase assay, not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated Crosstide.
Applications: ELISA, WB, non-radioactive AKT and SGK kinase assay.
Immunogen: phospho-Crosstide (PRAApTF)-KLH.
Purification: Affinity purified with PRAApTF on Agarose follow by affinity adsorption with non-phosphorylated Crosstide.
Form of Antibody: 250 umg/mL in PBS, pH7, 0.01% NaN3.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
