Description
Crebtide (KRREILSRRPSYR) is a substrate peptide derived from protein Creb, which is widely utilized as a synthetic substrate for PKA and PKC kinase family. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-pCrebtide is developed with phosphorylated Crebtide (KRREILSRRPpSYR) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated Crebtide (KRREILSRRPSYR). This antibody has been successful utilized to develop the non-radioactive assay for protein kinase using Crebtide as substrate.

Immunogen: phospho-Crebtide (KRREILSRRPpSYR)-KLH.
Purification: Affinity purified with KRREILSRRPpSYR on Agarose follow by affinity adsorption with non-phosphorylated Crebtide.
Form of Antibody: 250 ug/mL in PBS, 50% Glycerol.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
