Source: The recombinant PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Tetramer Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:01), Ile21-Met119(B2M) and HMTEVVRHC peptide) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:
Activity: Immobilized recombinant PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Tetramer protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 3.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Tetramer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
