Source: The recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Monomer Protein, (amino acids Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:01),Ile21-Met119(B2M)and HMTEVVRHC peptide) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Monomer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 50.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 51-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Anti-HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Antibody protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Monomer protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 44.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&P53 R175H (HMTEVVRHC) Monomer Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
