A single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 384 amino acids (1-364 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 43.9 kDa.

Formulation: The OAS1 solution contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
