Description

Introduction
Magnesium-dependent phosphatase 1 (MDP1) is a memeber of the HAD-like hydrolase superfamily. MDP1 is a magnesium-dependent phosphatase which may act as a tyrosine phosphatase. MDP1 is inhibited by vanadate and zinc, and slightly by calcium.

A single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 200 amino acids (1-176 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.7 kDa.
Purity > 95%, by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation: The MDP1 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 2 mM DTT and 100 mM NaCl.
