BP005340: Human OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134 Protein with the C-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134 Protein, (amino acids Leu29-Ala216) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 46.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-78 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human OX40 Ligand Trimer protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human OX40 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 37.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human OX40/TNFRSF4/CD134 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 23.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 48-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 4.17 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
