BP004285: Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Protein with the N-hFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Protein, (amino acids Ser51-Leu198) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-56 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Mouse OX-40 Ligand protein with the N-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Mouse OX40 protein with the N-His tag with the EC50 of 1.06 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Mouse OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
