BP004819: Human M-CSF/CSF-1 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF-1 Protein, (amino acids Glu33-Asn190) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF-1 Protein has a predicted MW of 18.40 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 23-28 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human M-CSF Protein with No tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human M-CSF R, hFc tag with the EC50 42.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 2.06 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF-1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF-1 Protein, (amino acids Glu33-Asn190) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human M-CSF/CSF-1 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 21.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 28-34 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human M-CSF protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human M-CSF R protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 26.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.24 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
