BP003280: Human M-CSF R/CSF1R/CD115 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human M-CSF R/CSF1R/CD115 Protein, (amino acids Ile20-Glu512) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human M-CSF R/CSF1R/CD115 Protein has a predicted MW of 54.49 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-100 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human M-CSF R protein with No tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-M-CSF R Antibody, hFc tag with the EC50 of 7.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human M-CSF R/CSF1R/CD115 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 81.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 100-130 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human M-CSF protein with the C-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human M-CSF R protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 26.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.24 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
