BP005642: Human IL-7 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-7 Protein, (amino acids Asp26-His177) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-7 Protein has a predicted MW of 17.5 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-7 at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-7R alpha, hFc tag with the EC50 of 52.5 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 4.18 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-7 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human IL-7 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
