BP003575: Human IL-3 Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IL-3 Protein, (amino acids Ala20-Phe152) fused with No Tag, was produced in E.coli cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-3 Protein has a predicted MW of 15.09 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-3 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-3 protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-3 R alpha protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.46 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-3 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 41.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 0.276 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
