BP003450: Human IL-13 Protein with No Tag

Source: The recombinant Human IL-13 Protein, (amino acids Gly21-Asn132) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-13 Protein has a predicted MW of 12.35 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-13, No tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-13 Ra 2, hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.91 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IL-13 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Source: The recombinant Human IL-13 Protein, (amino acids Gly21-Asn132) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-13 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 39.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-13Ra1 protein with the N-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 ug/ml). Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-13 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.8 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.399 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-13 protein with the N-His-Avi tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-13Ra2 protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 1.0 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
