Source: The recombinant Human IL-1 Rrp2/IL-1 R6 Protein, (amino acids Asp20-Arg335) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IL-1 Rrp2/IL-1 R6 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 62.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 75-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-1 Rrp-2 protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-IL-1 Rrp-2 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 20.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 35.38 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
