BP005651: Human IgG4 Fc Protein with No Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IgG4 Fc Protein, (amino acids Glu99-Gly326) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IgG4 Fc Protein has a predicted MW of 25.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 30-35 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: The affinity constant of 1.365 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IgG4 Fc Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human IgG4 Fc Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied.
1 week, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
