Background
The antibodies are developed in rabbit using purified human IgG as immunogen. The rabbit anti-human IgG-specific antibodies from the rabbit immune serum are affinity-purified using antigen-specific affinity chromatography, followed by affinity adsorption with human serum albumin, IgG? from mouse, chicken and swine. The purified specific anti-human IgG antibodies are biotinylated using the NHS-active ester of d-Biotin. The biotinylated anti-human IgG antibodies useful for detection, identification, quantitation, isolation and localization of human IgG.
