BP003206: Human CD47 Protein with No Tag

Source: The recombinant Human CD47 Protein, (amino acids Gln19-Pro139) , was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD47 Protein has a predicted MW of 13.72 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD47 protein with No tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human SIRP alpha protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.24 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human CD47 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human CD47 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 14.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human CD47 protein with the C-His tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human SIRP alpha protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 82.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 18.9 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
