BP005426: Human BAFFR/TNFRSF13C Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human BAFFR/TNFRSF13C Protein, (amino acids Ser7-Ala71) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human BAFFR/TNFRSF13C protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 7.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 13-25 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human BAFFR protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well). Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-BAFFR Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 1.21 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human BAFFR/TNFRSF13C Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
