Specificity/Sensitivity: HSF1 (Ab-142) antibody detects endogenous levels of total HSF1 protein.

Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human HSF1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 142 (L-L-TP-D-V).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
