Background
Flt3L is an essential growth factor that promotes the differentiation of hematopoietic cells and the development of NK cells, B cells, T cells, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. Flt3L synergizes well with a number of colony stimulating factors such as G-CSF, GM-CSF, M-CSF and SCF. Flt3L is considered a stimulant of the immune system. It cooperates with IL-2, IL-6, IL-7, and IL-15 to induce NK cell development and with IL-3, IL-7, and IL-11 to induce terminal B cell maturation.

Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-Ligand in sterile 18 M?-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
