Introduction
Flt3 ligand (FL) is a hematopoietic four helical bundle cytokine. It is structurally homologous to stem cell factor (SCF) and colony stimulating facor 1 (CSF-1). In synergy with other growth factors, Flt3 ligand stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of various blood cell progenitors by activiation of Flt 3 receptor.

A non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 17605 Dalton.
N-terminal sequence analysis: Thr-Gln-Asp-Cys-Ser.
The ED50 range=0.5-1.0 ng/ml corresponding to a specific activity of 1-2 MUnits/mg, calculated by the dose-dependant stimulation of the proliferation of human OCMI-AML5 cells.
Purity > 95%, by SDS-PAGE and RP-HPLC.
Formulation: The protein was lyophilized with no additives.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-L in sterile 18 M?-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
