Introduction
Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Human & Mammalian Vascular Endothelial Cells at concentration of 0.1-0.3 mg/ml of serum supplemented media & 0.01-0.1 mg with heparin. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Hybridoma Cell Cloning at concentrations of 0.025-0.15 mg/ml of serum supplemented media. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Balb/C-3T3 Cells at concentrations of 0.2 mg/ml of serum Supplemented media.

Physical Appearance:Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 0.1 M NaCl and 5 mM NaH2PO4, pH-7.4.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant in sterile 18 M?-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Shipping: The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
