Source: The recombinant Human IL-1R2/IL-1 RII/CD121b Protein, (amino acids Phe14-Glu343) fused with No Tag, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human IL-1R2/IL-1 RII/CD121b Protein has a predicted MW of 37.78 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-1R2, No tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human IL-1 Beta, His tag with the EC50 of 0.21 ug/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IL-1 Beta protein with the C-hFc tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human IL-1R2 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.12 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.88 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
