Description

PA001410-A0901: DAPP1 (Phospho-Tyr139) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: DAPP1 (Phospho-Tyr139) antibody detects endogenous levels of DAPP1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 139.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:5000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human DAPP1 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 139 (S-I-YP-E-S).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
