Description

BP003700: Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 Protein with the C-His Tag

Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 Protein, (amino acids Pro21-Gln167) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.53 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1 protein with the C-His tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-PD-1 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 4.1 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

BP005346: Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 Protein with the C-hFc Tag

Source: The recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 Protein, (amino acids Pro21-Gln167) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1/PDCD1 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1 protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-PD1 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 25.0 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 1.28 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
