Description

Introduction
CHOP is the acronym for a chemotherapy regimen used in the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CHOP consists cyclophosphamide, an alkylating agent which damages DNA by binding to it and causing cross-links, Hydroxydaunorubicin (also called doxorubicin or Adriamycin), an intercalating agent which damages DNA by inserting itself between DNA bases Oncovin (vincristine), which prevents cells from duplicating by binding to the protein tubulin Prednisone or prednisolone, which are corticosteroids.

PA001178-A0863: CHOP (Phospho-Ser30) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: CHOP (Phospho-Ser30) antibody detects endogenous levels of CHOP only when phosphorylated at serine 30.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 IF: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:40000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human CHOP around the phosphorylation site of serine 30 (V-L-SP-S-D).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Storage/Stability: Stable for 1 year at -20°C and 3 months at 4°C. For maximum recovery of the product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and before removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
