Description

Introduction
Low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1 (LRP1), also known as alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor (A2MR), apolipoprotein E receptor (APOER) or cluster of differentiation 91 (CD91), is a protein forming a receptor found in the plasma membrane of cells involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis. In humans, the LRP1 protein is encoded by the LRP1 gene.

PA001089-B8225: CD91 (Ab-4520) Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody.
Specificity/Sensitivity: CD91 (Ab-4520) antibody detects endogenous levels of total CD91 protein.
Applications: WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:40000.
Reactivity: Human, Mouse.
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human CD91 around the phosphorylation site of serine 4520 (R-H-SP-L-A).
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Form of Antibody: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
